I am privileged to have turned my passion for women’s issues and perinatal mental health into a career. I specialize in supporting women, new mothers, and young adults 18+ who need support through young adulthood, life transitions, reproductive health choices, adjustment to parenthood, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

I strive to create a safe environment for exploration, vulnerability, healing, humor, and growth. I draw from my own journey when working with clients and value authenticity, connection, and lived-experience in a therapeutic relationship. I look forward to meeting you soon.
