Dana Evans, LMSW, PMH-C
"I am passionate about supporting parents of young children, providing a safe space for my clients to fully process and work through their thoughts, feelings, and circumstances - no matter where they are in their parenting journey."

Available for Telehealth or in-person sessions ages 18+.
I understand that the transition to parenthood is a life-changing experience, and child-bearing years can bring about many unique challenges and changes. Supporting parents and families through life transitions is my passion. Whether you are experiencing postpartum depression and/or anxiety, infertility or perinatal loss, parenting through adoption or foster care, or maybe just struggling to adjust to parenthood in general, I am able to provide a safe and comforting space for you to process your experiences.
Becoming a new parent, or trying to become a parent, can be an isolating experience. I assure you that you are not alone. I provide a strengths based approach and use a variety of therapeutic modalities depending on the needs of each individual client.
I am also available to support individuals navigating relationship challenges, managing general life stressors or coping with symptoms of general anxiety and/or depression.
I very much welcome you to reach out and connect. I look forward to hearing your story and supporting you as you navigate your own journey.
On a more personal note, my husband and I are the parents of two children and one very loved dog. I enjoy reading and visiting bookstores, spending time playing games, cooking, and exploring greater Grand Rapids with my family.
